The World Health Organization defines Disability as follows: "Disabilities is an umbrella term, covering impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. My mom wants me to look this up while she is working because my little sister is hearing impaired and we have to live in 2 different places so that my dad can keep his job and my sister can go to a school that she can learn from... we are starting to lose money very quickly and my mom thinks there should be provincial or federal benefits... anyone know?
